A learning program entitled ” Principles of Employment Contract” on 12.6.2012

June 12, 2012

What are the essential ingredients of a well written service contract? How does it differ from a contract for services?  How do you avoid the pitfall in writing out these 2 different contracts? What are the legal principles governing a contract of service?

29 participants from various member banks walked away with the answers to the above questions after they have attended the 1-day program organized by MCBA in collaboration with the Malaysian Employers’ Federation on 12 June 2012. More than that, they also gained the benefits of getting to know other HR/IR practitioners in the banking fraternity thus building up their sphere of network.

The program was facilitated by Mr. Goh Seng Wing, a very experienced IR practitioner who was previously the Deputy Director General of Labour and Senior Director of Industrial Relations, Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.

We wish to thank all participants for joining this program and look forward to their future participation.
