MCBA hosted a half-day talk and discussion session on 30.3.2017 with member banks to better appreciate the concepts, laws and issues relating to retrenchment, though banks had never taken retrenchment as a means to re-size their workforce.
The talk and discussion also covered the topics on designing and implementing Voluntary Separation Scheme and its associated concerns.
