This is a very comprehensive learning program that teaches participants not only on the right process and procedure of conducting a DDI, but also provides participants with the basic knowledge on related subjects which they ought to know in order to discharge their duty as effective inquiry panel members.
The program aims to develop participants to be knowledgeable and fair-minded “judges”, who will help Management to mitigate the risk of exposure to severe financial losses and suffering from embarrassment for taking wrongful disciplinary action against employees. A competent DDI panel member will ultimately help contribute to the promotion of industrial harmony in the organization.
Managers and supervisors who are targeted to be DDI panel members, and HR and IR practitioners who are interested to know deeper the subject on proper handling of discipline right from the beginning of investigation to meting out disciplinary punishment, are encouraged to attend this program.
