EMPLOYERS in Malaysia face a major problem when it comes to hiring fresh graduates to fill their vacancies and the statistics are alarming.
According to the National Graduate Employability Blueprint published by the Education Ministry in 2012, almost 60% of employers had issues with graduates’ poor command of English, 40% or so were of the opinion that they possessed poor character, attitude and personality, while 25% had issues with the graduate’s problem-solving skills.
